    acitivities The tourists asked how especially tourists perceive treasures while traveling and how they get to these treasures Their insights are built around good memories personal empathy and discovering the trust of foreign people What is a treasure what surprises you and when is the last time you re discover something With these questions the broken flowers collected information such as treasure is a personal experience no matter if inside your mind or outside in the world Self reflection and openess helps to make new experiences Also a treasure can be either shared or protected Freiräume are testing already the interaction between them and their interviewees They found out that something really unimportant for a local can be a treasure for a tourist There is a gap between people wanting to discover treasures but are to busy to see new things The travellers split up in two groups to work with people with children and backpackers at once Berlin is perceived as very clean compared to London a boy likes most to sleep in the hotel and another kid has the assumption the journey isn t about her but her mom Some interviewees talk about the animals in the city

    and 3 implementation prototyping testing INSPIRATION Research In the research phase we go out and try to understand as much about the problem as we can gather loads of information and talk to potential users It is our aim to get into the user s head to understand what she thinks likes and dislikes and what she wishes for We try to find a relevant need or identify a crucial problem Methods we use during this phase User interviews observation desk research Jammers on the streets during user interviews Input sessions Service design is a very broad topic In order to broaden our perspective there will be short input sessions which look at service design from various angles service design in start ups and corporations research in service design and business models for services IDEATION Ideation In the ideation phase we synthesize the findings from the research We cluster the research results try to define user needs and come up with new concepts ideas and services that meet those user needs Methods we use Personas touch points analysis visual brainstorming Generating ideas with lots of post its IMPLEMENTATION Prototyping Once the concepts are defined we want to make them tangible We prototype the products and services so that they can be experienced Methods we use Physical prototypes mock ups acting out visual scenarios From ideas to prototypes creating a photostory Presenting The highlight of the jam are the final presentations Each group has 5 minutes to present their concept to the public Besides the jammers there are usually some guests and press in the audience The presentation will be broadcast via a livestream Presenting the ideas to other jammers Work hard play hard Besides all the work there is lots of room for having fun In general there are no
