    people up The broken flowers focus on Martin who is stressed out completely By chance he steps on a marketing campaign that leads him to a box the world of marbles With these marbles he can record a small audio tune and share that with his friends He is doing that with passion he also receives a marble from a friend on the Caribean Islands Now he treasures his jar at home with all the sound marbles in it Sweet steps is the invention of the team the tourist The persona Joana should get out of her comfort zone Hence she is motivated to put her interests on a website and to book the further steps to a mission A big letter reaches her telling her to come to Berlin Here she finds more envelops with challenges Opening the first she finds an item she needs later for the second envelop that guides her to a blind folding dinner That process of opening letters continues until in the last letter she finds a code for her next adventure for the next journey outside her comfort zone Lego bricks show a building in the prototype of the fox travelers In one flat a DJ is living next to him a mother with her baby We feel already potential threats in a possible communication about sound Not this team The fox is commuicating for the neighbours who have a potential for arguments The foxes of all the neighbours share a good and calm communication They create empathy and push people out of their thinking boxes to have a living together in harmony Thilo in a box is the name of the team that cares for Thilo a 37 years old fustrated gardener He just lost his passion Hence he is confronted with

    acitivities The tourists asked how especially tourists perceive treasures while traveling and how they get to these treasures Their insights are built around good memories personal empathy and discovering the trust of foreign people What is a treasure what surprises you and when is the last time you re discover something With these questions the broken flowers collected information such as treasure is a personal experience no matter if inside your mind or outside in the world Self reflection and openess helps to make new experiences Also a treasure can be either shared or protected Freiräume are testing already the interaction between them and their interviewees They found out that something really unimportant for a local can be a treasure for a tourist There is a gap between people wanting to discover treasures but are to busy to see new things The travellers split up in two groups to work with people with children and backpackers at once Berlin is perceived as very clean compared to London a boy likes most to sleep in the hotel and another kid has the assumption the journey isn t about her but her mom Some interviewees talk about the animals in the city

    for innovation processes and growth is well known Particularly in the service sector creativity based innovation plays a big role Dirk Kiefer will showcase some succesful examples and studies Although the benefits are evident most small to medium sized enterprises SME are behind concerning the demand for creative services and the acceptance of modern organisational and leadership processes The demand for theses kinds of services stagnates at low level Dirk Kiefer will analyze the attitudes and motives of SMEs with regard to creative services He will give examples and offer practical hints how to overcome these barriers of acceptance and implementation especially for service design Dirk Kiefer studied music sciences business administration and Arts Policy and Management at Birkbeck College University of London Since 1990 he has worked as a cultural manager and entrepreneur in Germany and abroad in various creative industries e g for the National Endowment of Science Technology and the Arts NESTA in the UK and the National Competence Center for Cultural and Creative Industries in Berlin Moreover Dirk has been teaching at the Sotheby s Institute of Art Singapur Birkbeck College London and the BEM École de Management in Bordeaux Since Dec 2011 he is head
