    tsregelkreise agile Strukturen zu schaffen Im ersten Teil des Projekts fand die Analyse des heuristischen Bezugsrahmens sowie der Anforderungen der Unternehmen statt Die allgemeine Struktur von Qualit tsregelkreisen leitet sich dabei aus dem regelungstechnischen Standard DIN 19226 ab Auf Basis der Begriffsdefinitionen und einiger erster Vorarbeiten wurden die ausschlaggebenden Aspekte der Regelungstechnik in dem Forschungsprojekt zun chst identifiziert und schlie lich vor dem Hintergrund der Anforderungen von KMU an Qualit tsregelkreise bewertet Im konzeptionellen Teil erfolgte schlie lich die bertragung der Strukturen technischer Regelkreise dem Sensor Regler und Aktor auf die Architektur unternehmerischer Gesch ftsprozesse Der Sensor hat die Aufgabe den parametrisierten Prozess eines Unternehmens auf seine Zielkonformit t hin zu analysieren und zu bewerten Bei signifikanten Abweichungen oberhalb eines zu definierenden Schwellwerts l st der Sensor schlie lich einen Korrekturprozess aus Der Regler w hlt in Abh ngigkeit von der Kritizit t der erkannten Abweichungen Sofortma nahmen sowie nachhaltige Ma nahmen aus die der Qualit ts Aktor schlie lich im Prozess implementiert Dieses Grobmodell wurde in mehreren Schritten verfeinert und durch die Kombination mit einer Bewertungssystematik zu einem Prozessreferenzmodell mit eigenem Bewertungsmodul weiterentwickelt Die entwickelte Systematik wurde schlie lich im Rahmen des Projekts in eine Software Anwendung den QC
