    standard sizes as well as in customized XXL formats for all sorts of applications We are not only flexible but also fast Our storage tank range is very extensive Tailor made solutions are available for all imaginable uses also with standard sizes of 650 up to 3000 litres However sometimes even that is not enough In that case it is time for our large storage tank technology taking into account the individual needs and requirements of the customer Now we go even further Our PS S buffer storage tank is manufactured with a volume of up to 10 000 litres Some circumstances ask for special manufacture the constructional situation has changed the storage tank must be redesigned at very short notice but the deadline approaches because the roof is coming As CitrinSolar guarantees made in Germany any technical modifications can be carried out quickly and easily The reason why that process works so smoothly lies in the modular construction of the storage tanks We react rapidly to almost every customer wish Fixed components can be assembled and particular wishes are adapted A 4678 litre storage tank in a room with a 2 86 m high ceiling is therefore not an

    shows a part of the photovoltaic field In order to provide for our collector manufacturing employees a comfortable and healthy indoor environment the entire hall the structure and the walls were made of solid wood Wood is a renewable building material and exceeds all constructional requirements of thermal and sound insulation and fire protection The solid wood construction is clearly shown in figure 2 The foundation Figure 3 13km of hose activate the concrete slab Our idea of a rational energy concept begins with the bottom plate The massive 200 mm thick reinforced concrete slab is perfectly suited for concrete core activation figure 3 Heat distribution through the floor heating system is optimal because the heat stays where it is needed in the floor area Compared to a standard ceiling heating heat loss through ceiling and roof areas is limited With a 3000 m² surface 13 km of hose length and a small temperature difference between flow and return lines the component activation contributes significantly to a considerable use of solar energy even in wintertime A downward and sidelong insulated bottom slab and a specially adapted strip foundation minimise heat loss via the floor area The U value of the wall structure which is of 0 2 W m²K is 45 lower than the required guiding values of the German energy saving directive for non residential buildings An almost continuous row of windows between the staggered roof levels and a daylight dependent lighting that adapts to the respective light conditions significantly reduce the demand for electricity The special design makes roof skylights and smoke vents in the roof unnecessary these usually are the energetic weak spots of the building The synergy effect of the used solid wood wall is an 8 fold improved sound insulation compared to traditional sandwich panels The energy concept Figure 4 Facade panels increase output in times of low radiation As a collector manufacturer in the field of solar thermal energy it was clear that two independently operating collector arrays figure 4 with a total of 210 m² of collector area providing 150 kWth would be installed from our own production Only 140 m² of that was integrated in the facade This is not just a design element but also leads to an increase in performance particularly in the in between seasons and in winter time when the heating runs continuously A further 70 m² of collector area was installed on the roof with a 60 inclination The concrete core activation energy equivalent to a storage tank volume of 41 cubic meters in conjunction with a 17 m³ storage tank figure 5 allows to buffer heat and use it when required The collector fields produce 70 000 kWh year covering 40 of heating requirements Figure 5 Single buffer storage tank with a 17m³ volume Figure 6 200kW wood chip heating plant provides heat for multiple buildings The 200 kW wood chips heating plant shown in figure 6 completes the missing 60 of heating requirements and supplies
